Die Eigentümerschaft des Mehrfamilienhauses in Aigle mit über 100 Mietwohnungen hat ennovatis Schweiz AG damit beauftragt, die gesamte Heizungsanlage nachhaltig zu sanieren. Während der Sanierungsmassnahmen bleibt die Liegenschaft bewohnt, das Warmwasser ist stets gewährleistet. Weiter bezog ennovatis weitere Massnahmen in das Konzept mit ein, um zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt weiterführende Massnahmen z.B. zur Stromproduktion umsetzen zu können.
Der Wohnblock befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung mit weiteren Überbauungen
Sämtliche alten Elektroverteilungen werden ebenfalls saniert
Die bestehende Heizzentrale wird komplett saniert. Der Spitzenlastkessel wird über eine Bodenöffnung in die Zentrale verfrachtet
